The LB series fermenters is the result of an innovative project that Solaris developed together with Regione Lombardia through ERSAF, dairy farming local scientific organization.
The main target of the project is the control and the optimization of the serum fermentation process in the Parmigiano Reggiano and Grana Padano production, worldwide known Italian cheese, through the application of technologies derived from the applied biotech.
